About Us
SOVÈNE was founded on a simple conviction: those who suffer daily pain should not have to choose between a €380 in-office treatment and a €12 cheap device from a discount store.
Why we exist
It all started in 2024 in a small Berlin apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. Our founder spent 9 to 11 hours a day in front of a screen – stiff back, tense shoulders, neck as hard as concrete. Physiotherapy appointments? A three-week wait. Clinical devices? Four to five-figure procurement costs. The cheap Amazon TENS pads he ordered lasted for two sessions – then the adhesive pads broke or the batteries failed.
From this frustration, the idea was born: a device with clinical quality and an affordable price for everyday use. Not spectacular, not loudly advertised – just enough.
What drives us
- Honesty over marketing. We don't promise miracle cures. TENS stimulation has been clinically documented for over 40 years – we build a device that makes this technology accessible.
- Quality over margin. Our main supplier has also been working for two European medical technology brands for 11 years. We use the same components – without clinic surcharges.
- You decide. 30-day money-back. No fine print. If the device doesn't work for you, it's not a dispute – we'll take it back.
The team behind SOVÈNE
We are a small team in Berlin and Hamburg. Three people, no corporation, no investors. Every email you send to kontaktsovene@gmail.com lands with one of us three.

Where we produce
The final assembly of our devices is carried out by our manufacturing partner in Shenzhen, who also produces for two certified European medical technology brands. All devices bear CE, RoHS, and FCC markings. Shipping is direct from our logistics partner's warehouse – this saves intermediary surcharges and keeps our price under €25.
We are honest about it: we are not a "Made in Germany" brand. We are a German brand with Asian manufacturing – like 95% of all consumer electronics you use daily. The difference is that we work with our partner on an equal footing and do not delegate quality control.
What we aim to achieve
By the end of 2026, we want to achieve two things:
- Establish our own final assembly line in the EU – at least for premium variants.
- Complete the clinical study with a Berlin rehab practice, on which we have been working with independent physiotherapists since March.
