Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SOVÈNE Relief Patch. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy — exceeding the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

If the product does not meet your expectations or does not work for you, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund — no ifs, ands, or buts.

Regardless of our voluntary 30-day guarantee, as a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Details and the form can be found in our Terms and Conditions under § 7 Right of Withdrawal.

1. Register your return: Send us an email to kontaktsovene@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive return address: We will send you a return address and detailed instructions within 24 hours.
3. Pack the product: Please pack the product securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative.
4. Ship the package: Send the package back within 14 days of receiving the return address. Please keep the shipping receipt until the refund has been processed.
5. Receive refund: After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price within 5–7 business days via the same payment method.

For returns under our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee, as well as for statutory withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of return shipping in accordance with legal regulations. A return within Germany costs approximately € 4.99 to € 6.99, depending on the provider.

Exception: In the event of a proven product defect or incorrect delivery, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs. In this case, simply send us an email to kontaktsovene@gmail.com with a photo of the defect.

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following items if the hygiene seal has been removed after delivery:

• Hydrogel Pads: Opened and used adhesive pads for hygienic reasons.

The actual TENS device can, of course, be returned within our 30-day guarantee, even after a short trial use, as long as it is in proper, undamaged condition.

Please note that you must compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling not necessary for examining the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (§ 357a Abs. 3 BGB). A short trial use of the device is, of course, permitted and does not reduce the refund amount.

We will refund the purchase price no later than 14 days after receipt of the return or after you have provided proof that you have returned the goods (whichever is earlier). However, the refund is usually in your account within 5–7 business days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Direct exchange is not possible. If you would like a different product or variant, simply return the product to us and reorder the desired product.

Regardless of our 30-day money-back guarantee, as a consumer, you have statutory warranty claims for a period of 24 months from the delivery date. Should the device show a defect within this period, please contact us – we will arrange for a replacement or repair.
